Anthony Moody |
Attorney
Moody was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area. He graduated
from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained an MBA from
Robert Morris University and received his Juris Doctor from
Duquesne University School of Law. On an Ambassadorial Scholarship,
he also obtained an LLM in Commercial Law from the Univerity
of Hong Kong. Before beginning a law career, Attorney Moody
applied the skills he learned while pursuing his MBA in
the healthcare industry working for ManorCare. This assignment
was followed by positions with Price Waterhouse Coopers
and Deloitte & Touche Consulting Firms. His 10 year membership in Rotary
and volunteer work with both the Make a Wish Foundation
and Neighborhood Legal Services demonstrates his commitment
to give back to his community.
Having an MBA and a law degree gives him
the ability to analyze financial data when evaluating business
contracts, tax strategies, divorce or separation property
distribution. Mr. Moody is a founding partner with Moody Law
Offices, PC and assisted thousands of clients
with their financial, family, criminal and injury difficulties.
Although bankruptcy is one of the firm's primary practice
areas, Mr. Moody is mainly responsible for overseeing the
family and criminal divisions of the firm, handling all
types of criminal cases and spending most of his time in
the family court assisting clients with divorce, custody
and support (both child and spousal) issues.

| Attorney McElrath was
also born and raised in the Pittsburgh area. He received his
undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and
his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton. Prior to co-
founding Moody Law Offices, PC, he served as a Law
Clerk for the firm of Skilken & Repogle and as a Legal
Software Tester with Legal Research Company, Lexis-Nexis.
He serves his community by volunteering with the WTAE Project
Bundle-up and often volunteers his time with Neighborhood
Legal Services, for which he and his colleagues received an
award from the bar association.
Attorney McElrath heads the firm's bankruptcy division
and has been instrumental in developing a system to assist
thousands of clients with their financial difficulties,
advising them of their options and often taking the legal
steps necessary to get them the fresh start that bankruptcy
offers. He handles all types of debtor-side bankruptcies,
including Ch. 7 and Ch. 13 (for individuals) and Ch. 11
(for businesses).

Karl Johnston |
Attorney Johnston
is from the Pittsburgh area currently serving the needs
of our clients in Eastern Allegheny and Westmoreland counties.
He has served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy and
earned his law degree form Duquesne University School of
Law after receiving his undergraduate degree from Indiana
University of Pennsylvania. As partner with the firm, he
has primary responsibility and supervision of the Penn Hills
office, although he has been instrumental in the firm's
growth to 10 offices in Western Pennsylvania.
With over 20 years of service as an attorney, he is the
firm's most experienced member, handling cases involving
personal injury, family, real estate, estate planning and
criminal issues. Mr. Johnston has assisted many clients
over the years and continues to offer the type of one-to-one
service that he has always practiced. Clients should always
know that he is always available to them to answer and questions
and to hel them with their legal needs.
